This was different. Good different, truly impressed with the promptness and quality of the service. The electronic means of communication they use to keep the customer informed and expedite the decision making process was also impressive and very efficient. This was a great experience, I would use this business again.

Been newer to the Madison area for a short time, and had no idea where to turn since not all repair shops can accommodate a motorhome, even a mini one. Went here, could do the repair, but ended up costing less, about 2/3 of what the original estimate was! It was a simpler problem that got repaired, and was very fair to charge less than quoted, and issue is good as new. Would come here again for sure!

Professional and Honest. Two other garages gave me the impression I needed front end work at once, Graham's told me my car is safe and the work is not necessary at this time. In there 4 times in one week and Jenny did not remember my name. Other than that, it was all good.

Very good experience considering parts availability these days. Had it less time than they thought estimate was certainly within reason of what the final bill and explained the difference which was minor truck runs great!!!
