Bottom line, these folks are courteous, honest and fair, which I tested several times. The latest service - my car needed a transmission replacement, Jeff (service mgr.)advised and provided me with affordable options, kept me in the loop the whole time and always got back to me with updates. With safety in mind Jeff and his team made sure the job is done right the first time. Very satisfy!

Graham’s went above and beyond our expectations to service our Class C motorhome while on our way to Florida. Their diagnosis was accurate and service excellent. Customer service is top notch!

Staff was very friendly and cooperative. Kerri (I believe that was her name) took me back to McDonalds to help me retrieve my cell phone that I left there.

We were traveling from WI to FL when our engine battery died. Graham’s went above and beyond expectations to service our Class C RV diesel and get us on the road again.
