Early Morning/Late Night Vehicle Drop Off Or Pick-up - You may drop off your vehicle at anytime, we have a Napa AutoCare key drop box located at the front of the building. When dropping off your vehicle, please fill out the envelope located inside the key drop box. Include on the form, a list of items you wish to have completed along with the best phone number to reach you during the day. Should there be a question during the repair process we will call you. We lock all cars as we complete them. If you want to pick-up your car after hours, just give us a call so proper arrangements can be made.
Courtesy Cars - We have free courtesy vehicles available for your use while your car is in for repair. There is absolutely no cost to you EXCEPT for the fuel you use. If you require a courtesy car, just let one of our friendly service advisors know when you schedule your appointment so a car may be reserved for you. Unfortunately, due to operating costs we cannot provide a loaner car for oil changes.
Free Vehicle Pick-Up and Delivery - We offer vehicle pickup and delivery to anyone within a 10 mile radius of the Poynette area. Let us help take the hassle out of your vehicle service or repair; we can pick up your vehicle and have it back to you all in the same day on most repairs. We can pick up your vehicle at your home or place of work. If you would like your vehicle picked up for a service or repair, simply tell a service advisor when you schedule your appointment. The best thing about this service is that it is absolutely FREE!
Free Shuttle Service - We are happy to provide a free ride to and from our shop anywhere within a 5 mile radius of our facility. We can provide you with a ride to your house, the library, McDonalds, etc. All we ask is that you mention your request at the time of scheduling your appointment!
Oil Change Punch Card Program - We know that you have many choices when it comes to routine vehicle maintenance, such as oil changes and fuel filters. As a way of saying thank you for choosing us to be your service provider, we offer a free punch card that attaches to your vehicle?s key ring. Every time we perform an oil change, your card will be punched. Receive a FREE oil change after 5 punches. If you have not received a punch card, simply ask a service provider to provide one.
