Grahams have worked on my Jeep Patriot multiple times solving a weird headlight issue and always providing great service, plenty of information for me and everything they recommend. They don't pressure and give the info straight. They also provide a car to use while working on mine which helped with my commute to and from work wonderfully. Def recommend Josh and the rest of the team.

Trustworthy and consistent.

Everyone was so helpful. I had a flat tire on the freeway and needed to drive another 100 miles. I called Graham to see if they could put a new tire on and they said they would do their best to fit me in. I wax on the road again in an hour and 1/2. I sincerely appreciate their service and everyone was so nice.

I was a first time customer with a check engine light issue and trouble driving at full speed on the interstate. Graham's scheduler was amazing at squeezing me in and getting me a loaner immediately so that I wouldn't be driving an unsafe vehicle until it could be diagnosed. Unfortunately, the diagnosis was not good - the tranny was going out, but they were honest and communicative each step of the way with me, and allowed me to decide whether to pour more money in with continued testing and repairs, or not. They were patient in explaining and answering all my question, and helping me make the right decision. I ended up replacing the vehicle, but was very impressed with their customer care and service, their clean lobby, their free loaner cars, and professionalism. I have already referred them to two other individuals - one a family friend and one my sister. Highly recommend (be advised there will be a sizable diagnostic fee that does not go towards the repair to look at a vehicle, unless it is just an oil change, then they do a free courtesy inspection included).

I recently had an extensive and costly required repair. The Graham staff couldn't have been more accommodating. They provided me with all the necessary information to make a cost effective repair decision. They continually kept me informed during the repair process, provided me cost saving options, and provided me a vehicle to reduce the inconvenience of not having mine. They followed up with a detailed post-repair inspection that included the recent repairs and items to monitor. The service staff is professional and helpful. I believe the cost for the repairs to be reasonable.

Graham's Staff are friendly and they do extremely good work! Highly recommend them if you need car repair.
